ANATOLIAN INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND ETHICS REGULATION

DEFINITION: The objectives of Anatolian International Membership Rules and Regulations are related to how you become a distributor. The following statements apply unless the context otherwise requires or is inconsistent.

MEMBER / DISTRIBUTOR: It means the person who has applied within the framework of Anatolian International Membership Rules and Regulations and whose application has been accepted by Anatolian International.

SPONSOR: It is the person who is the direct reference for the members to work with Anatolian International.

CV: Binary is the score used in team, referral earnings and vehicle fund calculations.

PV: It means point value.

PRODUCT / PRODUCTS: It means products developed, produced, offered for consumption within Anatolian International and bearing the Anatolian International brand.

A user who has accepted the membership of Anatolian International is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions listed below.

1. Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) cannot become members of the Anatolian International system. The company (Anatolian International) takes as a basis that the age specified by the person in the membership agreement is correct. However, the company does not accept any responsibility for the member's age to be written incorrectly.
2. To become a member of Anatolian International, variations or modifications to the Anatolian International Member Rules and Regulations, the Code of Conduct, the Anatolian International Marketing Plan and all policies are included. However, without limitation, he/she must agree to comply irrevocably. The dealership application is subject to the approval of Anatolian International.
3. The member must not give any false or erroneous information to Anatolian International. A member shall notify Anatolian International of any change that may affect the accuracy of member details. Anatolian International shall have the authority to terminate its membership immediately when it becomes aware that the member in question has provided false or inaccurate information.
4. Incorrect membership or membership with an intentional error will be canceled immediately. If the member is in bad faith, a written statement of defense is requested from all parties exposed to bad faith. The final decision to be made is the reserved right of Anatolian International. Criminal notices are associated with all persons associated with the event. In such a case, any remaining bonus will not be taken into account.
5. a) If the members do not take any action in the system within a year after their last move (attracting products, making members, attending seminars, etc.), they can work with another sponsor by shopping for a new level, with the approval of the company.

b) In order to change sponsors, the member must first waive the upper line sponsors, then receive a petition for the approval of the sponsor to which he will switch and submit it to Anatolian International. In case of waiver, the waiving sponsor accepts that the sub-member it waived has given up all its rights and cannot claim any rights.

After the waiver process, a new level is determined and a sponsor is assigned to the member whose sponsor has been terminated, within the knowledge and approval of Anatolian International. In order for the member's sub-members to switch with him, each sub-member must perform these operations. Otherwise, sub-members cannot be moved.

1. First-degree relatives (mother, father, child, spouse) cannot obtain membership from any other sponsor other than the company's approval. In case of detection, their memberships will be returned to their family members together with their sub-teams.

1. If member A's spouse B is identified as a member of another group without the approval of Anatolian International, B's membership will be terminated immediately and all B's downline team will be returned to their original sponsors.

1. If the husband and wife will register as a joint member with a single membership number, or if the husband-wife sign up with a different license, they will be able to get a membership number only on the condition that they are the first line of each other. In both cases, they must be entitled to promotions, awards, trips separately.

1. Unless Anatolian International declares otherwise, only one of the spouses is entitled to free participation, promotions, holidays and gifts. The other spouse cannot claim rights, but can participate at his/her own expense.

1. Free participation, promotions, holidays and gifts given by Anatolian International cannot be claimed as in cash.

1. The tax and visa fees for the holidays/travels earned belong to the members themselves.

1. A member who is entitled to a holiday or gifts with certain qualifications can use all these rights for himself. If he cannot use it himself, he can only transfer it to his/her wife. There is no option to transfer it to someone else.

1. Each member chooses a new license and sponsor twelve calendar months; Without selling products, signing up, participating in seminars, etc. from his/her personal page. without taking any action and with the approval of Anatolian International.

1. The reference premium paid for the resigning member from the sponsor of the resigning member will be collected back by Anatolian International from the premium in the month in which the resignation occurred.

1. If the member who resigns and returns the products in his/her possession, wants to work in Anatolian International again; within 12 calendar months from the date of resignation, with the approval of the company, only on the condition of obtaining a new membership number with the former sponsor. A member cannot be entitled to any of the teams and incomes registered under the previous membership number.

1. If the member, who has somehow experienced a license cancellation, wants to start again under different conditions, s/he can start by choosing a new level with the approval of the company.

1. Acceptance of the products that are thought to be returned after the first membership is made within the first 14 days after delivery to the person, together with the resignation letter and the original invoice. The products to be returned must be of salable quality in their original condition. In its original state, it means that the box and packaging of the product are not damaged, which means that it is of salable quality. After making the necessary deductions for all returned products, Anatolian International will make a refund with the payment method it has determined.
2. The member, who fulfills all the return conditions, sends the products to Anatolian International by paying for the cargo himself, and after the service and payment deductions are made within 14 working days after the products arrive, the money is refunded in the payment method determined by Anatolian International.
3. Anatolian International will collect the payments made for the returned products, from the member who returned the product, from all top line sponsors who received a premium for this reason, from the premium payment of the month in which the return was made.
4. Products are purchased from Anatolian International in cash or with payment methods accepted by Anatolian International.
5. Members cannot shop by using someone else's card "in a way that constitutes a crime" for shopping. Anatolian International is not responsible for any penal actions that may occur otherwise.
6. The level purchases made during registration to the system and the level upgrades made afterwards are made over the level prices defined on the system. Anatolian International can make price changes on level, level up and all subsequent purchases.
7. It is possible to order products at various times with the current production and stock status. Anatolian International reserves the right to update according to stock status.
8. A new invoice will be issued for each purchase made from Anatolian International. Any purchase after the end of the month cannot be invoiced earlier than the purchase date.
9. In case the order amount is or exceeds the amount determined periodically by Anatolian International, the cargo amount is covered by Anatolian International. If the ordering member cannot be found at the address and the cargo is returned, the payment for the cargo delivered a second time belongs to the person her/himself. In cases where the payment is not realized, it will be collected from the member's next premium. Anatolian International reserves the right to change the upper limit of TL.
10. Membership of a member shall be terminated if he/she is directly or indirectly involved in one of the following disciplinary situations: (Articles 24-30)
11. No member registered in the system can sponsor a member of another team or the spouse of this member, this is considered "inappropriate sponsorship". The membership of the person who is found to be improperly sponsored will be canceled immediately. Members who have the wrong sponsor following the cancellation of their membership will be transferred to their original sponsors. Anatolian International reserves the right to determine the main sponsor.
12. Members (within the knowledge of the company) cannot open the membership of a customer or member candidate followed by another member under their own sponsorship. In case of detection, the member is connected to the real sponsor. The member who does this will first receive a warning. In case of repetition, he/she undertakes that he/she approves any decision to be taken by the company.
13. The member cannot directly or indirectly encourage, pressure or assist another member to appoint another sponsor and cannot provide financial, tangible or intangible support in the context of this action.
14. As of the day of registration, the member or his/her spouse cannot be a member of any network marketing company other than Anatolian International, and if it is determined that s/he is a member of any network marketing company, his/her membership will be terminated immediately.
15. A member of Anatolian International cannot attend the meeting of another Network Marketing company, post photos or advertise on a different platform.
16. A member of Anatolian International cannot make curative speeches on social media or events, or make exaggerated/false publications in this way. Otherwise, the company is not responsible. All responsibility belongs to the member himself.
17. Business-Opportunity Presentation of Anatolian International cannot be shared on any social media and / or video sharing sites. Members who share such posts undertake that they accept every decision taken by Anatolian International. No rights can be claimed from the company as of the decision date:

1. It is strictly forbidden for members to use names that will remind and/or prevent the company's website and social media accounts on the websites or social media pages they have established in order to expand their own business, or that the established sites will create the perception of the company's own page.
2. Members are required to highlight the words "INDEPENDENT MEMBER and NAME-SURNAME" before the company logo and name in the visuals they use on their website and social media profiles.

1. It shall not engage in any activity or make false statements regarding the product(s) or Anatolian International marketing plan that may directly or indirectly affect Anatolian International negatively.
2. The payment plan announced by Anatolian International is created in line with the Membership Rules and Marketing Plan and members must stick to this plan.
3. No member of the binary system in the payment plan can show his/her sub-team to another member. Members cannot photograph or share their names and scores. Members who do this undertake that they accept every decision taken by Anatolian International. As of the decision date, no rights can be claimed from the company.
4. The member is entitled to receive 50 PV shopping points per month, which is clearly stated in the earnings plan, and the career rights and bonuses that occur within the same month when he reaches an activity. If he does not do this, he cannot get the career and bonuses he deserves that month. It cannot claim rights for the following months.
5. In order for the members to earn the right to transfer their exposed points in the binary matching system, they must make the (50 PV) shopping points determined by the company within that month. Otherwise, their exposed points will be reset. Members whose score is reset cannot claim any rights.
6. Members accept that the CV multiplier in the earnings plan may vary according to the exchange rate, for example: (2.3 / 3.5)
7. If the person registered as a member does not take any action within 48 hours, his/her registration is deleted from the system. However, the member can apply for registration by re-entering their information later.
8. When members detect a vulnerability on the company's website or any other platform, they should immediately notify the company authorities of the situation. Members who use any deficit in their favor, undertake that they accept all kinds of decisions that the company will take about them.
9. Members are obliged to attend product and member rights information meetings in their own cities at least 2 times in 12 calendar months. Otherwise, he/she undertakes that he/she accepts any decision to be taken by the company.
10. Members who have completed their supervisor career are required to attend at least one three-day seminar in 12 calendar months and at least 10 informative product and member rights information meetings announced in their own city. Otherwise, he/she undertakes that he/she approves any decision to be taken by the company.
11. The member who is a Team Captain has to attend all 3-day seminars in his/her own city. Otherwise, s/he undertakes that he/she accepts any decision to be taken by the company.
12. Existing members are required to personally deal with their sub-teams, support their meetings, attend their seminars (to a reasonable extent) and not make harmful statements or shares to their teams by any means. Otherwise, the warnings and complaints from the sub-teams of the persons in this regard will be taken into account by the company. The petitions of the members making the complaint are taken as basis and the right to change the sponsor is possible with the approval of the company. Members who are not interested in their teams undertake to approve all kinds of decisions to be taken by the company.
13. Members agree that they will attend all 2/3-day events and meetings announced on the official website organized by Anatolian International.,
14. Members are deemed to have allowed the shooting of video-photograph-educational footage at Anatolian International seminars, sponsors or any event.
15. Members are strictly not allowed to sell or distribute products of other countries in another country where Anatolian International's market is established.
16. Members are strictly not allowed to transport, distribute or sell Anatolian International's products from one country where Anatolian International's market is/was established to another country without the written approval of Anatolian International.

1. In case of any inconsistency or any inaccuracy/incomplete information of the member in the account statement in question, Anatolian International; must inform the company in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the relevant monthly account statement. At the end of the specified time period, all monthly bank statements will be considered final and Anatolian International will not deal with any investigations or complaints.

1. Anatolian International reserves its full and uninterrupted right at any time to suspend, withhold or terminate a member's rights, including but not limited to bonuses, incentives, commissions, benefits, rights, in the following cases (ARTICLE 43-49).

1. Member Membership in the event of a dispute with Anatolian International for violating any of the Anatolian International Membership Rules and Regulations, the Code of Conduct, the Anatolian International Marketing Plan or any of its marketing policies; reserves the right to suspend, retain or terminate completely and uninterruptedly.

Anatolian International Membership Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct Anatolian International reserves the right, completely and uninterruptedly, to suspend, retain or terminate a member in the event that a member is investigated by Anatolian International for alleged violation of the Marketing Plan or one of the policies of this plan.

1. Anatolian International reserves the right to suspend, retain or terminate the Membership Rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct, Anatolian International Marketing Plan or any of the policies of this plan, if the member is found liable by Anatolian International.

1. It reserves the right to suspend, retain or terminate the transfer of membership in full and uninterruptedly in cases where the termination of the transfer of membership on behalf of the right owner is not decided.

1. Anatolian International reserves its full and uninterrupted right to suspend, retain or terminate it, if necessary, for any other reason/reasons.

1. Members can choose a beneficiary from among their first-degree relatives, if this is not notified, the beneficiary is determined from among their first-degree relatives. In case of disagreement, the court decides the outcome. All rights belong to Anatolian International until the court is concluded.

1. The beneficiary continues the system with the same TR number.

1. If the member dies, the beneficiary will automatically assume the membership. If no beneficiary is specified, the transfer of membership will be determined in accordance with the applicable court in the country. At the same time, Anatolian International reserves the right to suspend all benefits, including but not limited to bonuses, until the matter is resolved.

1. You can request the transfer of your membership rights at Anatolian International to your first degree relatives, for only one (1) time, in accordance with the conditions listed below. All rights in the evaluation of the transfer request belong to Anatolian International. Upon the (positive or negative) response to the transfer request, the member is not entitled to any objection. In order for a member to request a transfer, the following conditions must be complied with.

a) Transfer transactions can only be made once (1).

b) Transfer transactions can be carried out between first-degree relatives (mother, father, spouse, child who has turned 18).

c) The member requesting the transfer must have completed the 4th Career (World Team). The realization or non-realization of the requests based on these applications is the reserved right of the company. Members undertake to approve any decision to be taken by the company.

1. Members are independent and can manage their own business. Therefore, members cannot claim to have an employment relationship or have an employee with Anatolian International or present themselves in such ways. It is strictly forbidden for the member to introduce himself in this way. A disciplinary investigation is opened against members who violate this regulation.
2. Members represent products, services, and the opportunity to become members ethically and professionally.
3. Representation or sales offers that are inaccurate in terms of price, grade, quality and responsibility for products and services cannot be made.,
4. Members may not make unreasonable, misleading or unrepresented earnings claims. Anatolian International will not guarantee any income to any member in any way.
5. A member may not offer, insist or persuade any other member to buy or sell products or services other than those provided by Anatolian International.
6. The member accepts that violating the determined rules will cause irreparable harm to Anatolian International and accepts the injunctive measure as an appropriate solution to prevent this violation. Members cannot sell products to their own members or to other members.
7. Member shall obey and implement Anatolian International Membership Rules & Regulations, Code of Conduct, Anatolian International Marketing plan and all of this plan's policies.
8. Member accepts that 20% (tax-service fee-membership-etc.) will be deducted from the premium he/she deserves at the end of the month in accordance with Anatolian International Membership Rules & Regulations and Marketing plan.
9. The member is personally liable and responsible for all applicable national, regional, municipal and local laws and regulations.
10. The Member shall comply with all laws, regulations and laws relating to the operation of the membership. In addition, it will not engage in any activity that will make its name bad before these people and Anatolian International.
11. The member cannot make a statement for potential recruits and/or customers that will not be approved. He cannot make any promises that cannot be kept. The member cannot present any information to the customer/prospective customer in a false or misleading manner. Members cannot sell products to members of their sub-teams or to other members.
12. Members are responsible for their own decisions and expenses.,
13. Announced payment plan is created in line with company principles and members must stick to this plan.
14. Members cannot reduce or increase the product or level prices determined by Anatolian International.
15. Members are advised not to over-buy. The purchase of products should be based on the authenticity of customer orders.
16. In cases where double registration is detected and verified, Anatolian International reserves the right and will immediately cancel the newer membership number without further notice or warning.
17. Disciplinary action, such as cancellation or suspension, will be conducted against any member or sponsor who directly, indirectly or accidentally interferes with a double registration.
18. The works done by the members should be done under the title of "independent member". Anatolian International does not allow the use of the corporate logo in these works as per company rules.
19. Before any member establishes the Anatolian International website, he/she must submit an application approved by Anatolian International stating their purpose before posting the link.
20. The Anatolian International site reference, products, or link to the Anatolian International website are not allowed to claim unfair advantage or product.
21. No site can appear as an Anatolian International dealer or as approved or approved by Anatolian International.
22. All site links affiliated with Anatolian International must have a clearly visible statement that it is managed by an independent member.
23. The member's website cannot display the Anatolian International logo, trademark or products. Any text that has a connection or relation to the Anatolian International website must comply with the specifications approved by Anatolian International.
24. The member is fully responsible for any misuse or misrepresentation of the website. Any violation of this article will lead to disciplinary proceedings, such as suspending or terminating the member's membership.
25. No member accepts that he/she can receive no profit or income without real effort on his/her behalf.
26. According to Anatolian International Membership Rules and Regulations, members who have a World Team career are entitled to enter the board of directors, provided that they attend all the announced meetings and make the score brought by the career.
27. About the company founder, company personnel, affiliated members and company; broadcasts, insults, advertisements, violations of rights, etc. that damage commercial reputation, will cover all kinds of damages, losses, expenses (including attorney's fee) that may arise in cases of violation. Members should not engage in any behavior that discredits the company, our officers, directors, employees, other appointees, or independent members. Otherwise, s/he accepts that he will pay all the compensation that the court decision deems appropriate.
28. Anatolian International may, at any time, change, diversify, amend, amend its membership rules and Regulations, Code of Conduct, Anatolian International Plan and any of the policies of this plan, or, as necessary, cancel, suspend or terminate the membership of any member or individual without notice above. reserves the full and absolute right to perform actions.
