Return and Right of Withdrawal

You are required to contact and notify us using the contact information on our website regarding the product you are returning. Products, which are sent without a return notification, will be sent back to the customer.
Return requests will not accepted in cases where the labels on the boxes of the products affixed by the importer or the manufacturer are torn, or the vacuum-wrapped or gelatin foil packaging is opened.
The return must be made within (14) days from the delivery date of the purchased product without the packaging being opened, destroyed or damaged, and without using the product.

Article 8 of the Regulation on the Distance Contracts provides that the “Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without taking any liability and without providing any reason, within seven days from the date of receipt of the product”.
